Registration Procedures & Policies
1. Registration form in PDF format is available online for download. You need Adobe Reader in order to open the form. If you don't have Adobe Reader, Please download the lastest version of this free program from here.
2. Registration fee (refundable less $50 administrative fees until June 1st, 2006)

There is an optional dinner party at the end of the meeting on the night of Aug 31. Attendee who chooses to go may take ONE guest with him/her. An additional $25cnd fee will be charged for each person.
3. Please Note: Registration is NOT completed until all information on registration form is filled out and payment have been received and processed. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.
